On May 5th, the Valter Baldaccini Foundation organized the first charity dinner to support projects in Africa.
During the evening, pictures of trips to Kenya and Burkina were shown to remember moments and people who shared a personal experience in these areas of poverty and degradation.
The event was also an opportunity to communicate to those present, that the Valter Baldaccini Foundation will continue to operate in Africa. The "Mutanu: The Pink Horizon" project was presented as a preview, which will be presented in detail to the next CDA.
The project was presented by the physician, Sister Federica, member of "KATHONZWENI CATHOLIC DISPENSARY", who was linked to Mr. Baldaccini by a strong friendship, in support of Kenyan women in serious difficulty and below the poverty line. The idea is to create a space to grow vegetables, fruit and breed animals and then sell them back to local markets with the aim of regaining dignity for women and their families.
