Women and access to education. This is the focus of the new socio-educational project launched in Kosovo. We are working to guarantee that Dardana and Ariana, two sisters who grew up in the Leskoc House, will attend university for a year.
In a country where, women face difficult situations, especially in rural areas, this opportunity truly represents hope and a concrete possibility of liberation.
Having access to university for these girls means increasing their education, emancipating themselves, having a job that satisfies them in the future and guarantees them autonomy and independence.
Dardana and Ariana have chosen to undertake a course of study, respectively, in History and Physical Education and we hope that this is just their first year together.
Do you want to accompany Dardana and Ariana on their journey? Donate now.
Thanks to you, this year the girls will have guaranteed coverage of school fees, the purchase of books, room and board and public transport passes to reach the University.
