Youth, training, and work are the key concepts that define the new educational and job training project launched in Kosovo. The goal of this project is to support four young people - Dardana, Dorentina, Valentina and Hasimet - towards personal fulfillment and economic independence.
Kosovo, whose population is among the youngest in the world, is a country where job opportunities for young people are limited, where access to education is discouraged and where the condition of women is still very problematic.
In such a difficult social and economic context, having the opportunity to embark on a path of personal and social fulfillment through training and work represents a concrete possibility of redemption.
These four young people are between 19 and 23 years old and were welcomed into the Leskoc House due to the serious family and economic situations in which they found themselves. The new project launched by the Valter Baldaccini Foundation will allow these young people to undertake a course of study and/or to be placed within the workplace in one of the activities of the cooperative annexed to the house.
Do you want to accompany Dardana, Dorentina, Valentina and Hasimet on their journey? Donate now.
Thanks to you, these young people will have the opportunity to embark on a new life path that will give them the opportunity to become active, independent, and responsible adults.
