Mary is a brilliant and determined girl, the youngest of eight siblings and brought up by a single mother in one of the poorest areas in Kenya. Her older brothers left school and their modest work does not bring in enough to cover the family expenses. Their mother takes care of all of them.
Thanks to all of the Valter Baldaccini Foundation donors who are supporting long-distance adoption, Mary was able to attend school. For ten years she has passionately studied and obtained excellent results. Last year she started taking courses toward a degree in Political Science and Public Administration at Massai Mara University.
The brother who paid her university expenses is no longer there and unfortunately, Mary had to stop taking classes.
Please donate today and give Mary the opportunity to start studying again. Thanks to you, we will be able to provide a scholarship and give her the opportunity to build a better future!
