An Employment Contract for Leonardo
Thanks to the Family and Work Project, Leonardo, an unemployed father, received a job grant in April. A job grant is concrete assistance that gives many women and men an opportunity to regain their dignity.
The Family and Work Project, established in collaboration with the Diocesan Caritas of Foligno, has allowed 20 families in need to access work paths since 2017.
For Leonardo, the job grant led him to UMBRAGROUP. Now, after a few months, the work grant has become a fixed-term contract that will allow Leonardo to continue to support his family.
