In a recent Foundation news, we told you that this year’s ambitious goal for the "Mutanu the pink garden" social-work inclusion project was to expand the vegetable cultivation, breeding of chickens and goats, providing each woman involved in the project a cow.
Owning a cow represents the opportunity to have a constant supply of milk, which is a reliable source of livelihood for the project participants. In fact, the milk can be used for personal consumption or sold on the market, as can the meat of newborn calves. Owning a cow gives the women hope for the future.
Thanks to the generous donations received so far, nine women have obtained a cow. There is still a long way to go to reach the full goal.
Help us reach the goal of 22 cows in the Mutanu project! With a donation you can make a difference and support the women involved. A cow costs € 120 and only together can we reach this important milestone.
Donate today! Every little gesture is precious. Heartfelt thanks for your contribution.
